- Payment was captured, but Stars were not delivered.
- The order stayed unresolved beyond the normal support review window.
- A confirmed technical issue on our side prevented fulfillment.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the payment date.
- Delivery completed to the @username submitted at checkout.
- The customer entered the wrong recipient details.
- The request is linked to abuse, fraud, or payment reversals.
- Your ticket ID or request ID.
- Payment confirmation or transaction reference.
- A concise description of what went wrong and when you paid.
Support checks each request against payment, risk, and delivery logs. Submit the request through the support form on the website or by email at support@quackstars.com. We may ask for extra details if the payment provider or our records do not clearly explain the order outcome. We review each refund request within 3 days of receiving all required information.
Approved refunds are processed within 5 days and are always returned to the same payment details (the original card or SBP account) used for the payment.
To reduce avoidable disputes, verify the @username and order details before confirming payment.
